New York Times Company Sees First Revenue Growth In Three Years

NEW YORK — The New York Times Co. posted its first weekly revenue growth since 2007 on Thursday, with a jump in online advertising sales offsetting further declines in print.

Henry Blodget: Murdoch’s First Newspaper Paywall Not Off to a Great Start

Some early numbers are leaking on Rupert Murdoch’s London Times paywall experiment.

After a month of forced free registrations and two weeks of a full paywall, Dan Sabbagh at Beehivecity.com says these are the numbers:

150,000 registrations (PaidContent says this is 12% of the online reader base)
15,000 paid subscriptions
Another 12,500 paid iPad subscriptions
